Return & Shipping Policy

Items are eligible for 7-day return. You must contact me within 24 hours of delivery. Item must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery to receive a refund (buyer is responsible for return shipping). Once item is received in same condition as shipped, item will be refunded less shipping. Refunds are usually processed within 2 business days.

Items are packaged with extreme care (all orders are videoed when packed). Once the package is sent for delivery, I am no longer responsible for damaged or lost items. I do not automaticallhy apply insurance to each package. Insurance must be requested when the order is placed.  If item is received damaged during shipping, or lost, please contact me immediately and I will do what I can to help resolve the issue.

Please allow 3 days for shipping. I typically ship same day or within 1 day, but delays might occur. (excludes holidays & Sundays). Tracking number will be provided within that time period. 

Currently only ship in the US.
